We don't get notified automatically of a change to your email address unless you contact us directly.
If you have not personally completed the registration procedure here at the site, you won't be registered to login or shop at HoneyandMe.com.
If you have ordered from us by phone, fax, through a field representative, or placed and picked up an order from our warehouse/showroom in person, you will still NOT BE REGISTERED at this site until you have completed the procedure here at the site.
In short, the system for registering and shopping our web site is separate from our phone and other ordering options. Neither system automatically enrolls you in the other.
HAS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGED?
No Problem!! Simply login with your old email address one last time and when you reach the storefront, click on the "My Profile" button, the last one under the list of categories.

Then just change your email address and password or anything else about your profile you would like and click the submit button. Your done! The changes will take effect immediately and any further login attempts will require the new email and password.
Our email marketing division will also be notified of your new address and make sure you continue to get our flyers!
