In August of 2011 we completely re-built this site. Many barely or never used logins were removed to avoid putting old corrupt data into the new database. If you only visited once a year or used the site as a catalog and did not order, your login may have been deleted.

  1. I Thought I Remembered My Login and Password, But It Doesn't Work! Using your old account is Really Not That Important. JUST APPLY FOR A NEW ACCOUNT and we'll get you shopping as soon as possible. This will have no effect on you past buying history with our company as that information is in a different secured system.

  2. It Says My Email Is Not Found? That just means yours was one of the deleted accounts. Please Start A New Account! Many of your stores around the country have the same name. So to differentiate accounts, there can only be one of each email in the database. If you email is not found it just means you are free to use that email to begin a new account.

  3. But I Just Got Your Latest Email Blast? Doesn't that mean I have an Account? No. Being on our Email List only means that over the years you or someone at your company had an account or bought products from Honey and Me and have not asked to be removed. It is a separate list. You are more than welcome to start a new account if you qualify!

  4. Why Can't I See Prices On The Products? Once you have completed an Account Application it Must Be Approved. Approval is not an automated process. Your account information is reviewed by humans on our staff to insure compliance.

  5. When Will My New Account Be Approved? If you apply during normal business hours on Monday-Thursday and your info checks out, you can expect to get approved within 15-30 minutes. You should receive an email notification of your approval.

    If you apply after 5pm Monday-Thursday, you may be approved that evening, but by the next morning at the latest. After hours approvals may not receive an email notification. So give it some time and check back.

    If you are applying Over The Weekend you might not gain access until Monday morning. Many account applications are approved over the weekend depending on the availability of staff. No exact times can be given and you may not be notified. You will just want to check back. Additional emails and phone calls will not accelerate the process.
    During sales and specail events we make every effort to activate weekend approvals asap.

  6. I still can't see the prices? You must Log In through the Account Options box at the top of the Left Hand column. If you have successfully logged in you will see a bright green bar across the top of the center column with the words "Log In Successful". If you don't see this message, you're not logged in. The store appears relatively the same regardless of login status. The prices won't show until you navigate to at least the category level or choose an individual product page

  7. My Password Reset Didn't Work! YOU MUST UNCHECK THE 'REMEMBER ME BOX' WHEN ENTERING YOUR NEW PASSWORD AND BE SURE IT REMAINS UNCHECKED UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS THE SITE WITH THE NEW PASSWORD. If you know how to delete your saved browser cookies it can make the process easier. Because of the font you are using to read your email, some of the letters and numbers used in the random password you are given look similar. Since you may mistake an 'I' for a '1' or 'l' etc, It is best to copy and paste the new password directly from the email you received into the Password field in the Login Box. Then, once you have gained access, go directly to your Account Details and assign yourself the password of your choice. NEVER ASK THE SITE FOR A SECOND PASSWORD RESET!

  8. The Site says I'm Locked Out! Please go to our Secure Contact Page and send an email to the webmaster. Please enter "I'm Locked Out" in the subject for the quickest action.
