  • There is a $150.00 minimum to ship on all orders, and a $50.00 minimum to ship on back orders.
  • Orders received under the minimum will be charged $5.00, per shipping batch.
  • Back Orders over $50 will automatically be shipped when available, unless customer requests "No Back Orders" in the comments section of their order.
  • All orders must be in the Minimum Quantities or Multiples shown. Orders received that do not meet the minimums will automatically be adjusted to the next multiple of the minimum. The online store will not allow incorrect minimums when adding items to your cart.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms
  • Orders will not be processed without payment information accompanying order.
  • We do not offer COD or Proforma payments.
  • Orders will ship FOB from Seymour, Indiana.
  • Domestic orders ship UPS Ground, international orders ship USPS or UPS (whichever is the least expensive, or by customer request). We estimate 20% shipping when we place card holds, but the final pricing is determined by the shipping carrier, and will be shown on your invoice.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, international duties and customs charges.
  • Customers using their own shipping accounts are subject to packing fees of $3.00 per box and $35.00 per pallet (plus $3.00 per box).
  • Upon UPS delivery confirmation, it is the customer's responsibility to file any claims for loss or damage with UPS.
  • Fabrics and colors may vary slightly.
  • All Sales are final.
  • Any claims must be reported to Honey & Me within 7 days of receipt of order.
  • No returns are accepted without prior authorization of Honey and Me and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging.
  • Any refused orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping/handling.
  • All credits will be applied to your next Honey & Me order.
Order Processing Policy
  • When your order is ready to be processed, we will put a hold on your credit card. The hold is for the amount of the products and an estimated 20% for shipping.
  • If for some reason your credit card is not approved for the amount of the hold, your order will automatically be moved to our next shipping batch. *We will try to give you a courtesy call, but during peak shipping times this process will take longer.
  • Once the credit card is approved, your order will be picked, packed and shipped (each box has a packing slip, full cases will not have a packing slip.)
  • Once your order is on its way to you, an invoice will be created and your credit card will be charged the finalized amount for products and shipping fees. Final invoices will either be emailed to the primary address on the account, or mailed out by USPS.
  • Customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number from UPS when your order has shipped. *USPS does not provide this service.
  • Shipping batches are typically scheduled to be sent to our warehouse on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Orders usually ship within 2 days after being sent to the warehouse.
  • Please allow 5-7 days for in-stock orders to be processed.
  • We offer a "RUSH" service for $8.00 per order. Orders requesting this service will be shipped by the end of the next business day. Rush service is provided by Honey & Me and accelerates our shipping processing, but standard carrier delivery times will apply. If you'd like to rush an order, please leave a note in the comments section when placing the order.
